Shirley Ng started working at a Cajun seafood restaurant while she was in college and fell in love with the idea of customers being so interactive with food. She loved the idea of how people enjoy eating with their hands and acting like a kid again, while eating delicious food. Shirley Ng has opened a couple of restaurants. One was a taco truck in Germany and the other is a Chinese American diner in Downtown LA.

In efforts to preserve and give back to our community, we pride ourselves in cutting down on plastic consumption by serving in reusable trays and implementing a recycling system into our daily operation.
